The land's steep slope towards the sea prompted us to design the house using a terraced structure on three distinct levels.
To not lose the magnificent visual towards the Island Catalina, and chromatic connection with the sea, the upper floor is dominated by an infinity pool, which forms waterfalls on the second floor, creating an ideal link between these two offset levels of the structure.
