Following the client's instructions, the studio designed the villa in plantation style, using abundant local coral stone and a colonnade that creates a porch overlooking an infinity swimming pool and Casa de Campo Marina. The house has eight master bedrooms, large bathrooms, and lounges.

Later, with the acquisition of new land, Studio Fini was asked to implement the project with a large ball-room in fine wood.
