Villa Las Palmas 36 is a luxurious home, with six bedrooms and a master bedroom with private office and gym. The idea behind the project was to create a connection between the main entrance and the house, through a stretch of water in which spectacular whashingtonian palms grow, overlooked by the dining room and kitchen. The villa is equipped with a movie theatre and a huge gazebo with barbecue that overlooks an Infinity pool.
