After elaborating the transformation of Porto Rotondo (Sardinia) into a modern Marina, the Studio developed a similar scheme in Casa de Campo, located in the Dominican Republic. The entire operation is a pioneering project that introduces a new lifestyle to the country. The Marina extends over more than 90,000 m². Its colourful residential architecture includes 105 units between villas and townhouse-type apartments, many with a private pier.
Unlike standard marinas, which are often just boat parkings, Studio Fini conceived Casa de Campo Marina as a typical southern European port growing around a fishing village, with Mediterranean colours and architectural typologies, also including restaurants, boutiques and services, around the large central Portofino square.
